BOOKING & PROCESS
What types of projects do you work on?
Exhibits, experiential environments, retail design, dispensaries, special installations, and other concept-driven spatial projects.
Do you offer fixed packages?
Yes. Design packages are structured by footprint and scope, with clear deliverables listed for each package.
Do you require payment before starting?
Yes. Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Can I cancel after booking?
A cancellation request must be submitted by email on the same day payment is made to be considered for a full refund, provided no work has started. If work has started, any approved refund may be reduced by the time already spent on the project and any non-recoverable costs.
DELIVERABLES
What is included in a package?
Depending on the selected footprint, packages may include floor plans, elevations, isometric views, renderings, section cuts as needed, finishes pages, detail views, a 3D CAD file, two rounds of revisions, and a final PDF presentation.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
What format are final files delivered in?
Final presentation files are typically delivered as PDFs. Supporting files may be sent by email or secure download link.
Will I receive CAD files?
CAD files are included only when listed in the selected package or approved scope of work.
PROJECT SCOPE
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Confidential projects are welcome, and NDAs can be reviewed and signed prior to project start when needed.
Do you provide fabrication or installation?
Not unless specifically agreed in writing. Standard packages are for design services only.
Can you work with my builder or production team?
Yes. Files can be prepared for review and handoff to builders, fabricators, or client-appointed teams.
Do you work on larger or custom footprints?
Yes. Larger environments and custom footprints are quoted based on scope.
