I’m Leo Douglas, a Creative Director and senior exhibit, experiential, and environmental designer with over 20 years of experience shaping branded spaces across exhibits, interiors, hospitality, retail, and live events.

My work sits at the intersection of concept, visualization, and execution. I create environments that are visually compelling, strategically grounded, and designed to communicate clearly from the first presentation through real-world production.

Over the years, I’ve worked across in-house teams, freelance partnerships, and contract roles, developing exhibit concepts, client-ready renderings, layouts, elevations, and full design packages shaped by budget, timeline, fabrication realities, and site constraints.

What sets my approach apart is not only how the work looks, but how it works. I design with the understanding that a space needs to do more than make an impression. It needs to support the brand, guide the experience, and perform in the real conditions it is built for.
