I’m Leo Douglas, a Creative Director and senior experiential and environmental designer with over 20 years of experience shaping branded spaces across exhibits, retail, hospitality, and live events.

My work focuses on concept development, high-end visualization, and production-aware design that brings ideas to life with clarity, impact, and a strong understanding of real-world execution. I approach each project with a balance of creative direction and hands-on design thinking, helping transform early ideas into environments that feel intentional, compelling, and ready to move forward.

Over the years, working across a wide range of brands, industries, and project types has given me a strong sense of versatility and perspective. It has strengthened my ability to adapt to different audiences, objectives, and contexts while bringing a consistent level of design rigor to every project. That breadth of experience allows me to move fluidly between immersive exhibits, branded environments, presentation packages, and spatial concepts, always with an eye toward both storytelling and execution.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across design teams, freelance projects, and contract roles, developing immersive exhibit concepts, client-ready renderings, layouts, elevations, and full design packages shaped by budget, timeline, and fabrication realities. I’m especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and strategy, where a space does more than look good; it communicates clearly, connects with people, and leaves a lasting impression.
