Standard Delivery

Final presentation materials are typically delivered as a polished PDF. Depending on the selected package, this may include floor plans, elevations, isometric views, renderings, section cuts, finishes pages, and detail views.

Supporting Files

Supporting files may be delivered by email or through a secure download link, depending on file size and project requirements.

CAD Files

3D CAD files are included only when listed in the selected package or approved scope of work. If included, files will be shared in the agreed format for use by the client, builder, or fabrication team.

Editable Files

Editable source files, working files, and production files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Design Intent

All plans, renderings, sections, elevations, and CAD files are provided as design intent documents unless otherwise stated. Final engineering, code compliance, production detailing, material performance, and field verification remain the responsibility of the builder, fabricator, contractor, or client-appointed technical team.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timelines depend on project scope, responsiveness, revision rounds, and receipt of all required project information. Delays in feedback, approvals, or missing materials may affect final delivery.

Final Release

Final files are released once the project balance has been paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
